Hi, I’m Kassidy. Welcome to Palomino Hair Studio—a space designed to feel comfortable, inviting, and a little slower than the rest of the world. I believe a great salon experience is about more than just a haircut or color. It’s about having a place where you can relax, enjoy good conversation (or quiet if that’s more your style), and leave feeling like the best version of yourself. Whether you’re stopping in for a precision haircut, fresh color, extensions, routine maintenance, or a complete transformation, every appointment is personalized to your goals and your lifestyle. My priority is creating hair that not only looks great when you leave the salon but is easy to wear and fits your everyday life. Palomino Hair Studio was built around the idea that luxury doesn’t have to feel intimidating. I wanted to create a space where everyone—from longtime clients to first-time visitors, women and men alike—feels genuinely welcome, comfortable, and cared for. When you’re in my chair, you’ll always receive honest recommendations, attention to detail, and an experience centered around you. CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to adjust my schedule and offer the appointment to another client. • Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Rescheduled appointments within 12 hours will require a 25% fee, unless I am able to fill the original appointment time. • No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost and will be required to book future appointments directly through me rather than online. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, if you arrive later we will need to reschedule which will be subject to the no show fee. I truly understand that emergencies happen and always appreciate open communication. These policies are in place to respect my time and ensure availability for all clients.
